How long does a service take?
A Quick Service Check is typically completed within 2–3 working days. A Movement Clean & Regulate usually takes 5–7 working days. A Full Heritage Overhaul, given its scope and documentation, runs 3–6 weeks depending on part availability and the condition of the piece. We provide an estimate at the start of each job.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend getting in touch before dropping off your watch so we can confirm availability and prepare to receive the piece properly. Walk-ins are welcome, though an arranged appointment generally makes things smoother for both sides.
What brands or types of watch do you work on?
We work on a broad range of mechanical and automatic movements — from well-known Swiss brands to lesser-known makers and older Thai market pieces. If you have a watch of particular rarity, please describe it when you enquire so we can advise honestly on our suitability for it.
Will I receive a report of the work done?
Yes. Documentation is central to how we work. Every service comes with a written note covering what was inspected, what was done, and — for cleaning and overhaul services — timing readings taken before and after. You keep this record with your watch.
Can you source original or period-correct parts?
For heritage overhauls, we put care into part sourcing. Where original or period-correct parts are available and appropriate, we will discuss the options with you before proceeding. Sourcing can sometimes extend the timeline, but we believe that transparency during the process is worth more than a rushed result.
How is payment handled?
Payment in Thai Baht is settled on collection. For heritage overhauls, a deposit may be requested at the point of acceptance to cover initial part sourcing. Full pricing is confirmed in writing before any work commences.
